It takes a special artistic skill to take the natural look of the world around us and, on film, infuse it with a unique perspective and meaning. But that is exactly what the best photographic artists are able to do.

Using an artist's "feel" for light, color, mood and subject, the photograpic artist captures it on a film frame -- textured by the photographer's own perspective -- to provide a unique image of the subject or event.
